EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiff in a Deceptive Trade Practices action.

Douglas Bynum, Jr. and Starfire Engineering, Inc., d/b/a Tiffany’s Hair Styles (“Bynum”), sued defendants, Richard E. Dover (“Dover”) and Henry S. Miller Company (“Miller”), alleging various violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Tex. Bus. & Com.Code Ann. sec. 17.41 et seq. (Vernon Supp.1988).
