WALKER, Chief Justice.
This is an original proceeding filed in this court on the 19th of September, 1934, by the Texas National Bank of Beaumont, as relator, against B. F. Zellers, Henry Zellers, Adolph Zellers, Lillie Zellers, Lizzie Zellers, and Mary G. Zellers. Later, by amendment, Hon. J. D. Campbell, judge Sixtieth district court, Jefferson county, was made a party respondent and filed waiver of service.
