This is an action of tort for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through the defendant’s negligence. Issue was joined on a general denial implied by the rule. Verdict and judgment were for the defendants, and the plaintiff brings the case here on exceptions. The defendants were contractors and builders and were remodeling the Vermont National Bank Building in the village of Brattleboro.
