This is an action in tort to recover for injuries to person and property arising from an automobile collision. The accident took place in Canada, a short distance north of the border. The plaintiff was driving south, and the defendant’s car was proceeding in the opposite direction. After a trial by jury, the verdict was for the plaintiff as against the defendant Wilson, with damages of $500. The defendant Ferrari was found not liable.
