DITTER, District Judge.
In their amended complaint, the plaintiffs assert breach of contract, Robinson-Patman Act, and defamation claims relating to the purchase of petroleum-based lubricants from the defendant, Shell Oil Corporation. The matter presently before me arises out of the plaintiffs’ steadfast refusal to provide full, complete, and nonevasive answers to reasonable and proper interrogatories served upon them by Shell pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 33(a).
