Tyrone M. Quann, a black male, filed this action against Whitegate-Edgewater, a/k/a Riverdale Apartments,1 Richard Schlesinger, Daniel Ruda, and David Price, alleging race discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000-2(a)(1). Plaintiff also invokes this Court’s pendent jurisdiction over his state law claim for intentional'infliction of emotional distress.
