General Telephone Co. of the Northwest, Inc. v. C-3 Associates

This declaratory judgment action was brought by General Telephone Company of the Northwest, Inc. (Northwest) against C-3 Associates (C-3), a limited partnership, and Terra Investment Company, a Washington corporation and general partner of C-3, to construe the provisions of two leases (Office Lease, Hangar Lease) in both of which Northwest is the lessee and C-3 is the assignee of the lessor. The trial court granted Northwest's motion for summary judgment and C-3 appeals. We find no error in the trial court's decision and affirm.
