Mary Brandt Ruxton, the estate of Jean Stevenson Clark, Norman S. Rose, Elmer Q. Rose, Austin L. Rose, and the estate of Priscilla L. Rose (collectively the “Ruxton heirs” or “Ruxton claimants”) appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts establishing the interest of several dozen claimants in a condemnation award.
