(“Tyco”), its former auditor, Pricewater-houseCoopers, LLP (“PwC”), and five individual defendants: former Tyco Chief Executive Officer L. Dennis Kozlowski, former Chief Financial Officer Mark H. Swartz, former General Counsel Mark A. Belnick, and former directors Frank L. Walsh and Michael A. Ashcroft (collectively the “Individual Tyco Defendants”).
