Appeal by the defendant from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Latella, J.), imposed September 16, 2009, which, upon her conviction of assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a *1202jury verdict, imposed a period of postrelease supervision of three years in addition to the determinate term of imprisonment originally imposed on May 10, 2005.
Ordered that the resentence is affirmed.
