Plaintiff, First Illinois National Bank, filed a three-count complaint in the circuit court of Carroll County against Elmer Hans individually and as executor of the estate of Arietta Hans, Terry Hans, Evelyn Hans, Ronald Hans, Judith Hans, and other individuals, not parties to this appeal, seeking to recover under counts I and II possession of two parcels of land.
