DODSON, Justice.

In this ancillary garnishment proceeding, the Citizens Bank and Trust Company of Pampa, Texas, is the appellant and Wy-Tex Livestock Company, Inc. is the appellee. In the initial action in the 84th District Court for Hansford County, judgment was rendered for Wy-Tex against Cockrell Cattle Company, Inc. in the amount of $55,000 plus interest and costs of court.
