MEMORANDUM DECISION ON CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment filed by defendants Aaron and Arnold Goldman (the “Goldmans”) and Barnett Bank of South Florida (“Barnett”), and by plaintiff Arthur Weitzner, who is the trustee for Debtors’ Chapter 7 estate. For reasons stated below, the motion of the Goldmans is granted and that of Barnett is denied. Consistent with that result, the Trustee’s motion is granted in part and denied .in part.
