This interlocutory appeal from a ruling of the Superior Court {Groff, J.) concerns the plaintiff’s and the intervenor’s *460claims to certain rental receipts formerly held by the defendants, Richard W. Carlson and Jack C. Correy, trustees of the R.G. Sullivan Associates Trust. The plaintiff is Hugh R. O’Neil d/b/a Hugh O’Neil Real Estate (O’Neil); the intervenor is Maine Savings Bank n/k/a Fleet Bank (the Bank).
