This matter comes before the Court on Motion for Partial Summary Judgment brought by Defendant The HON Company (HON). Plaintiff Optimal Interiors, LLC (Optimal) resisted and filed a Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. The Court held a hearing on the motions on January 13, 2011. Attorneys Michael W.
