Havey Fund-Raising Management, Inc., and Francis P. Havey appeal from a jury verdict and a judgment awarding damages against them for breach of a contract to provide fund-raising services to the plaintiff, Lakota Girl Scout Council, Inc. They do not challenge the jury’s finding that the contract was breached, but contend instead that (1) the District Court1 lacked personal jurisdiction over Francis P.
