This matter comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ motion under Rule 30(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., to preclude inquiry as to the Plaintiffs’ political associations or beliefs, past or present, on depositions by oral examination which Defendants have served notice they intend to take pursuant to the Federal Rules.
