THIS CAUSE has come before the Court on Defendant Shell Oil Company’s Consolidated Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Final Summary Judgment. In this action Plaintiffs Camina Services, Inc. (“Camina Service”), a Florida corporation, Jorge L. Camina, and Maria Luisa Camina seek damages and injunctive relief for Defendant Shell Oil Company’s (“Shell”) termination of the parties’ service station franchise and franchise relationship.
