("BHM"), a medical review service provider, seeks a preliminary injunction against URAC, Inc.'s ("URAC") revocation of its accreditation as an independent review organization. Am. BHM argues that URAC applied its review standards arbitrarily and capriciously, violated BHM's common law due process rights and breached the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and that without an injunction, its business will suffer significant loss.
