This is an appeal from a decree

of partial distribution rendered in the estate of Lottie C. Rudman, deceased. Upon the hearing had in connection with the petition for partial distribution and the objections thereto, the parties stipulated as to all of the facts. From that stipulation we learn the following: The property ordered distributed by this decree consisted of cash derived from the sale of real estate described in the inventory on file.
