The complainant, Rose Greenspan, on or about March 2d, 1937, filed a bill for maintenance,wherein she charged that the defendant, Louis Greenspan, had obtained a decree of divorce against the complainant in the Republic of Mexico, State of Morelos, but that the same had been procured by-fraud, suppression of the truth, and false statements, and that the courts of Mexico at no time had jurisdiction over the subject-matter or jurisdiction over the complainant or defendant.
