The complainant is a New Jersey corporation and the defendant is a corporation existing under the laws of Pennsylvania, in which state it has its office and conducts its business: The object of the bill is to establish title to five hundred and forty-nine thousand five hundred and four shares of the capital stock of the complainant, of the par value of $1 per share, which the defendant claims to own absolutely.
