—E. A. Harris, the mother of Hattie Harris, brought this action for herself-and as next friend of Lena, Alma, and Sarah Harris, the minor children of Hattie Harris, against the appellant, to recover damages for the death of Hattie Harris, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellant in operating one of its trains.
