OPINION

HOOD, District Judge.

Charles L. Wade appeals his conviction for making false statements for the purpose of influencing a FDIC insured bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014, possession of counterfeit securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(a), possession of implements for making counterfeit securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(b), as well as the district court’s sentencing finding of the intended loss under USSG § 2F1.1 and its failure to decrease his sentence under USSG § 2X1.1.
