Defendants, Franklin Walls and Jackie Phillip Stephens, were tried together and convicted of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and various other counts of manufacturing, attempting to manufacture, and possessing chemicals and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1) and 843(a)(6). Stephens was also convicted of carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1).
