This suit was brought by plaintiffs in the circuit court for the county of Branch to recover $6,750 as damages for the breach by defendants of an oral contract. The facts are as follows:

Ralph Brusslan, plaintiff, a resident of Chicago, Illinois, had been engaged in the insurance business as an agent and broker for 41 years. In July, 1963, the defendant, Max Larsen, through a mutual friend, Richard Louis, sought Mr. Brusslan’s advice and help on an accidental death policy issued by the Bankers Life & Casualty Company.
