MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court is the “Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Homestead Exemption” (the “Objection”) filed by David W. Os-trander, the Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) in this Chapter 7 case filed by Eleanor Marie Vierstra (the “Debtor”). The Objection challenges the Debtor’s exemption asserted under Massachusetts General Laws ch. 188, §§ 1 ei seq.
