After Matthew Alan Jenkins filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy xCode, the Trustee and the Bankruptcy Administrator (collectively, “the Trustee”) filed a complaint objecting to Jenkins’s discharge and then moved for summary judgment.
