Defendant, Colonial Enterprises, Inc., is a Minnesota corporation in voluntary dissolution. In December 1971, plaintiff, Mississippi Valley Development Corporation, obtained a default judgment against defendant; some 7 months later, defendant moved to vacate the default judgment and dismiss the complaint for want of personal jurisdiction.
