McDONALD, District Judge.

Introduction

This is an individual employment discrimination action brought by a former employee of the Texas Rehabilitation Commission. The plaintiff commenced this suit pursuant to Section 7(b) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 626(b), alleging that defendant, Texas Rehabilitation Commission, terminated her employment because of her age.
