OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant Jawan B. Starkey was convicted in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas on one count of sexual battery, based on a Crim.R. 11 plea agreement. He now appeals his five-year prison sentence on the grounds that the trial court abused its discretion. Appellant argues that the trial court failed to consider the purposes of felony sentencing and the felony sentencing guidelines found in R.C. 2929.11-12.
