This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County awarding damages to defendants Jacob H. Yonker, Kathryn L. Yonker and Leota Allen Carroll, as owners of real property, in an eminent domain proceeding instituted by Los Angeles County Flood Control District, which district sought to acquire an easement over said property for the construction of a flood control channel to confine and carry the waters of what is known as Alhambra wash.
