This is a statutory suit in a three judge court to review a decision and resulting order of the Interstate Commerce Commission entered on an application of the Braswell Motor Freight Lines system for a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the extension of this franchise to haul certain commodities by motor truck from Jackson, Mississippi, into and through Alabama and into Georgia.
