Exceptions before judgment from Genesee. (Newton, J.) Information for a violation of section 15 of Act No. 313, Laws of 1887. The facts are stated in the opinion.

The respondents in- this case are the pro-

prietors of a saloon and retail liquor store in the village ■of Mt. Morris, Genesee county, and they were engaged in that business on October 25, 1890.

On that day, while respondents were absent from their place of business, leaving the same in charge of their clerk, two boys named Egan, and who were minors, entered respondents’ saloon, and remained there a short time playing pool.

Complaint was made against respondents, charging them with the violation of section 15, Act No. 313, Laws of 1887. They were arrested, and by the justice, upon examination,…
