This judicial discipline proceeding arises from three Formal Statements of Complaint filed by the Board on Judicial Standards (Board) under Rule 8(a)(1), Rules of Board on Judicial Standards, 1 against respondent Harvey C. Ginsberg, Judge of the Fourth Judicial District. Two of the complaints allege misconduct in violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct and the Board’s Rules. The third complaint alleges a mental condition that seriously interferes with the performance of Judge Ginsberg’s official duties.
