MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
COAR, District Judge.
This Court issued its original opinion granting, in part, the writ of habeas corpus on March 8, 2002. United States ex rel. Madej v. Gilmore, No. 98-C-1866, 2002 WL 370222, 2002 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3807 (N.D.Ill. Mar. 8, 2002).
