INTRODUCTION
[¶ 1] Patterson Farm, Inc., is a farming corporation located near Britton, South Dakota. It owns the Northeast Quarter of Section Seven and the Northwest Quarter of Section Eight in Township 127 North, Range 57 West, 1 Marshall County, South Dakota. The City of Britton (“City”) is a municipal corporation located in Marshall County, South Dakota.
