STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellants, Hersehel J. Silkey and Wanda Louise Silkey (Silkeys), appeal from an order granting Appellees’, Investors Diversified Services, Inc. 1 (IDS) and Mark Powers (Powers) (collectively referred to as the Brokers), amended Motion to Enforce Mediation Agreement and Request for Sanctions.

We affirm.
