GOLDEN, Chief Justice.

Appellant Bonnie Harris, acting in her capacity as representative of her deceased husband, sought worker’s compensation benefits on the basis her husband died of a compensa-ble coronary condition caused by unusual or abnormal exertion related to his employment. See Wyo.Stat. § 27-14-603(b) (Supp.1995). At the conclusion of a hearing, Harris was awarded benefits. The employer, Sinclair Trucking, filed a petition for review in the district court asking that additional evidence be taken before the hearing examiner.
