The significant issues raised by Roy Shryack (Shryack) in this case concern the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the findings of fact made by the Office of Administrative Hearings in its Order Denying Benefits claimed under the Wyoming Worker's Compensation Act, Wyo. Stat.
