STEBNER, District Judge.

We review the district court’s order affirming an award of worker’s compensation benefits for appellant Donna L. Hemme. Hemme suffered a back injury in the course and scope of her employment, as well as complications arising out of that injury. The central issues concern the percentage of Hem-me’s permanent partial disability and the delinquency of the Worker’s Compensation Division in paying claims which have been ordered to be paid.

We affirm.
