TALIAFERRO, Judge.
Plaintiffs sue to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by them because of injuries, resulting in death, suffered by their daughter, Imogene, when the automobile in which she was riding as a guest passenger collided with a flatcar of a train of defendant’s in an intersection in the town of Rus-ton, La. They appeal from judgment sustaining exceptions of no cause and no right of action interposed by defendant, and the dismissal of their suit.
