Plaintiff sued defendants in Jackson County Circuit Court, seeking to enjoin them from taking any action to revoke or fail to renew its liquor licenses. The request for injunctive relief was denied, and plaintiff appeals by right.
Plaintiff’s liquor licenses were used in connection with its tavern, The Gallery, located in Black-man Township, Jackson County. Following several inspections of The Gallery by township officals, plaintiff was notified of numerous existing fire safety, electrical, plumbing, and public health violations.
