This case involved the right of the plaintiff to a conveyance from the defendants of an undivided quarter of a certain tract of land. The defendants’ intestate denied the right, and this suit was begun to enforce it. The circuit court first decreed against the plaintiff, and from that decree he appealed to this court, where a judgment was rendered establishing his right to a conveyance upon the payment of such sum as might be found due upon an account to be taken.
