Charles Milton Mayhew, Jr. appeals the trial court’s judgment awarding his sister, Amanda Mayhew Dealey (Amanda), individually and on behalf of the estate of Charles Milton Mayhew, Sr., $26 million, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, in this wrongful death and survivorship action.
