Cottman Transmission Systems, L.L.C., Cottman Transmission Centers, Inc., and American Driveline Centers, Inc. (collectively “Cottman”) appeal from the trial court’s judgment following a jury trial. In ten issues, Cottman contends generally: (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury’s findings on assumption of the lease, the breach of contract and tort claims; (2) FVLR’s counsel made an improper jury argument; (3) and the trial court erred in denying its post-verdict motion for arbitration.
