EAST, Senior District Judge.

The defendant-appellant Bernard Feinberg (Feinberg) appeals from his judgment of conviction and sentence to custody on one count and suspension of sentence on three counts of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1341 (mail fraud). We affirm.

INDICTMENT AND TRIAL

The indictment charged that from November, 1971 to June, 1975, Feinberg illegally schemed to defraud the citizens of Cook County, Illinois of moneys due for taxes on property located at 30-32 South Wells Street, Chicago, Illinois (Wells Street) and at 210-212 West Monroe Street, Chicago, Illinois (Monroe Street) in that he…
