This motion provides an opportunity to explore the text of the City’s Nuisance Abatement Law. Plaintiff, the City of New York (the City) commenced this lawsuit pursuant to section 7-701 et seq. of the Administrative Code of the City of New York (the Nuisance Abatement Law) to permanently enjoin the defendants from conducting, maintaining or permitting the possession of stolen goods on the ground floor at 347-355 Madison Avenue, New York, New York (the Premises).
