GREENE, Judge.

Margaret Kay May (Juvenile) appeals from an order dated 28 August 2001 adjudicating her as a delinquent juvenile on a petition alleging simple affray in violation of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-33(a).

On 1 August 2001, Juvenile, an 11-year-old child and a resident of the Alamance Multiple Purpose Group Home (the Home), was involved in an altercation with another resident of the Home.
