{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lee Crager, appeals the judgment of the Marion County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him upon his convictions for aggravated murder and aggravated burglary. On appeal, Crager contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to continue; that the trial court erred by admitting the report of DNA analyst Jennifer Duvall and in allowing DNA analyst Steve Wiechman to testify to the conclusions of Duvall’s report; that he was denied his constitutional right to effective assistance of legal counsel; and that the trial court erred in considering…
